Terms of Service

Effective date: 17 August 2026 · Applies to the TypeJump apps and typejump.app

1. Who we are

TypeJump is developed and provided by Primazing Ideas GmbH, Kastanienallee 74, 10435 Berlin, Germany — registered with the Amtsgericht Charlottenburg under HRB 247042 B, VAT ID DE356814649 ("we", "us"). Contact: support@primazing-ideas.com. Legal notice: Imprint.

2. What TypeJump is

TypeJump is a productivity application for macOS that lets you switch to apps, files, folders, windows, and browser tabs using keyboard shortcuts and on-device voice commands. It is offered in two editions: TypeJump Lite (free, distributed via the Apple Mac App Store under Apple's terms) and TypeJump Pro (downloaded from typejump.app, licensed under these terms).

3. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use TypeJump Pro on Macs that you own or control, according to the plan you obtained:

You may not redistribute, sell, sublicense, reverse-engineer (except where permitted by law), or circumvent the license mechanism.

4. Purchases, billing & taxes

Paid plans are sold through our merchant of record, Creem (creem.io), which acts as the reseller of the product. Creem handles checkout, payment processing, invoicing, applicable VAT/sales tax, and subscription renewals under its own terms and privacy policy. Annual subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel any time with effect for the following period via the link in your purchase email.

5. Withdrawal & refunds

If you are a consumer in the EU, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases. Where you request immediate access to the software and acknowledge the loss of the withdrawal right upon full delivery during checkout, statutory exceptions may apply. Refund requests are handled through Creem or via support@primazing-ideas.com — if something doesn't work as advertised, contact us first; we're reasonable.

6. Privacy

TypeJump is built to be private: the app requires no account, collects no personal data, and voice input is transcribed entirely on your Mac by macOS — audio never leaves your device. License keys are validated against our server (key and an anonymous installation identifier only). Website analytics are cookie-less by default; optional analytics load only after consent. Details: Privacy Policy.

7. Updates & availability

We continuously improve TypeJump and may add, change, or remove features. Pro features that depend on macOS technologies (e.g. speech recognition, accessibility, screen recording) require the corresponding macOS permissions and may be affected by macOS changes outside our control. We may discontinue the product with reasonable notice; lifetime licenses then remain valid for the last released version.

8. Warranty & liability

Statutory warranty rights apply. To the extent permitted by law, we are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body, or health. For slight negligence, we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual duties (cardinal duties), limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract. Liability under the German Product Liability Act remains unaffected.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms with effect for the future, e.g. for new features or legal requirements. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a merchant, the place of jurisdiction is Berlin. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
